Instances of Seeing II (2021)
Media: handmade paper collage, rose petals, tea leaves, cyanotypes, thread, abaca
Statement: My recent handmade paper collages focus on enveloping my viewers in quiet expanses, evoking states of mind or states of remembrance. I make holes in the surface of the paper, embodying the fading nature of memory as time slips by and details within our memories fall away.
